At Small Town Honey Co., every jar is poured and every bar is wrapped by hand in our apiary kitchen. We take great pride in getting these goods from our hive to your home safely.

Shipping Rates

We ship nationwide across the United States.

• Orders over $49: FREE Standard Shipping. (The best way to shop!)

• Orders under $49: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination (typically $5–$8).

Processing Time

Because we are a working apiary and not a big-box fulfillment center, please allow 1–3 business days for us to pack and ship your order. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves the barn.

⚠️ Warm Weather Warning (Please Read)

Our Hive Bars, Lip Balms, and Salves are made with 100% pure beeswax and natural oils. They are designed to melt on contact with warm skin—which means they can also melt in a hot mailbox!

• During Summer Months: We recommend tracking your package closely and bringing it inside immediately upon delivery.

• Small Town Honey Co. cannot be responsible for products that melt after delivery. If your Hive Bar arrives soft, simply place it in the fridge for 20 minutes to restore its snap.

Returns & Damages

The "Honey" Guarantee

Due to the nature of our products (food and personal care), we cannot accept returns on opened Honey, Hot Honey, or Skincare items.

Damaged in Transit?

Glass breaks. It happens. If your order arrives damaged or broken:

1. Snap a photo of the damaged item inside the box.

2. Email us at contact within 48 hours of delivery.

3. We will ship a replacement to you immediately—on us.
