Our Hive Promise
We take great pride in our small-batch honey and beeswax goods. We want you to love what you ordered. However, we understand that sometimes things change.
We have partnered with Redo to make your returns and exchanges as simple and stress-free as possible.
The Return Policy:
* Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
* Condition: Due to the nature of our products (food and personal care), items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
* Exclusions:
* Opened Honey or Skincare products (for hygiene and safety).
* "Gift with Purchase" items.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return:
We use a streamlined Returns Portal to handle everything efficiently.
* Visit the Portal: Click here to access our RETURNS PORTAL.
* Login: Enter your Order Number (e.g., #1045) and your Email Address or Zip Code.
* Select Items: Choose the items you wish to return and select your reason.
* Get Your Label:
* If you purchased "Free Returns" coverage via Redo at checkout: Your return label is free.
* If you did not purchase coverage: You can purchase a discounted label directly in the portal.
* Ship It: Pack your unopened items securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location (or hand it to your mail carrier).
Refunds & Processing
Once your return arrives at our apiary, please allow 1–3 business days for our team to inspect the items.
* Approved Returns: You will receive an email confirmation, and the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the credit to your statement.
* Exchanges: If you opted for an exchange or store credit, this will be issued immediately upon return approval.
Damaged or Broken Items?
If your honey jar or candle arrived broken, do not use the return portal. We don't want you mailing back broken glass!
Instead, please email a photo of the damage to smalltownhoneyco within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.
